Proudly servicing the Australian East Coast Tuna Fishery, Upscale Seafoods are a family-owned business trading since 2004. Based in Coffs Harbour, the company operate along Australia’s Mid North coast receiving, processing and suppling fresh fish like tuna, swordfish and marlin to both local and export markets. All fish are caught in Australian waters by vessels mainly in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery (ETBF), and get their supply directly from these vessels once they have finished their trips, so know it is the freshest it can be.
Vessels are unloaded in Mooloolaba, Brisbane, Southport, Evan’s Head, Coffs Harbour, Tuncurry, Port Stephens, and Sydney and have strong links with vessels from Bermagui and Ulladulla that move up the coast as a result of the Bluefin tuna zones and natural migration. Once off the vessels, the product is moved onto their final destinations.
