A spicy and delicious snack for 2, that’s ready in less than 10 minutes. Yes please.

Serves 1-2

  • 1 220g Albacore tuna steak
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tsp onion granules
  • 2 tbsp live oil

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup ponzu sauce
  • 1 tbsp crispy chilli in oil
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped

Method:
Mix together the sesame seeds, onion granules and garlic granules and coat the steak in the mixture.
Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
Sear steak for 20 seconds on all sides. Remove frompan and rest for a minute then slice thinly. Arrange on a platter.
Mix together dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and serve alongside seared sliced tuna for dipping, or drizzle all over the fish.
